TrueWin Account Login
TrueWin lets you sign in to your personal account from a desktop PC or a mobile device. The login button is available on the main site header, and the same credentials work across laptop, phone, and tablet.
You need an active TrueWin account to access the cashier, game history, and account settings. If you havenβt registered yet, youβll need to create an account first, then log in with your email (or username) and password.
Login Security At TrueWin
- 2FA: TrueWin supports two-factor authentication for account login. Use an authenticator app (time-based codes) as the first choice; SMS codes work but depend on your mobile number and carrier. Turn on 2FA right after registration, store backup codes offline, and re-enable 2FA immediately if you change your phone.
- Password: Set a long, unique password (12β16+ characters) and never reuse it from email, banking, or other casinos. Mix upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, birthdays, keyboard patterns, and dictionary words. Use a password manager to generate and store it, and change it straight away if you suspect a leak or you shared the device with someone else.
- Notifications: TrueWin sends login and security alerts to your registered email (and, if enabled, via SMS/push) for events like a new device sign-in, repeated failed login attempts, password changes, and 2FA changes. Keep these alerts switched on, review the time, device, and location details in each message, and act immediately by changing the password and resetting 2FA if an alert wasnβt you.
Account Verification After Login On TrueWin
TrueWin runs an identity check after you sign in to confirm the account owner and to clear withdrawals and certain payment actions.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, and it can also be triggered when you change key profile details such as your name, date of birth, email, phone number, or withdrawal method.
TrueWin may request verification when a deposit or withdrawal is flagged for review, for example due to unusual transaction size, repeated failed payment attempts, chargeback risk, or a mismatch between your account details and the payment method holder.
If you use a card or e-wallet, TrueWin can ask for proof that the payment method belongs to you, and it can pause withdrawals until the check is complete.
TrueWin can re-check the account later if you open a new payment method, request a higher withdrawal amount, or show activity patterns that require an additional review under AML rules.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence; the document must be valid, show your full name and date of birth, and be readable in a full photo or scan.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your full name and current address; the issue date typically needs to be recent (commonly within the last 3 months).
- Payment method: For bank transfers, a bank statement or screenshot from online banking showing your name and IBAN/account number; for cards, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered and only the last 4 digits visible; for e-wallets, a wallet statement or profile page showing your name and account email/ID.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslips, tax documents, bank statements showing salary deposits, or sale/inheritance documents that match the amounts involved.
- Selfie check (when requested): A selfie holding your ID, or a live face scan inside the verification tool, used to match the document to the account holder.
Current state: TrueWin verification is primarily tied to withdrawals and payment-risk checks, with extra documents requested only when account details or transaction
